I am a Mexican chef, who loves the authentic taste of homemade food, I have participated in the Master Chef Mexico television program in 2018. I have been cooking for 25 years and my specialty is Mexican Cuisine, Cuban Cuisine and Asian Cuisine, when I go into the kitchen it's like forgetting about the world out there, concentrating on cooking something simply delicious, something that makes you feel at home
Soy un cocinero mexicano, amante del auténtico sabor de la comida casera, he participado en el programa de televisión Master Chef México en el 2018. Llevo 25 años cocinando y mi especialidad es la Cocina Mexicana, la Cocina Cubana y la Cocina Asiática, cuando entro a la cocina es como olvidarse del mundo exterior, Concentrada en cocinar algo simplemente delicioso, algo que te haga sentir como en casa.

Chef Addy and her assistant were very professional. One thing you won’t be is disappointed with the food portions. She made my boyfriends birthday truly memorable and was respectful by asking for permission to take videos and photos in our home. The food was so good, and we were happy to have had leftovers the next day. The tres leches cake was the perfect cherry on top, she even brought a candle. I highly recommend her! Addy showed up on time ready to bless us with a delicious 5 course meal (2 starters, 1 soup, 1 entree, 1 dessert). Everything we ate was incredible and we experienced some unique flavors that we loved. Addy speaks good English which helped with communication. We highly recommend her.
