Daniella created an incredible experience for our dinner party. The food was amazing and she created a menu that everyone enjoyed! She was engaging and shared some great tips with us during dinner. We can’t wait to have her again!

Daniella really delivered. We had a dinner at our Airbnb with some local friends and she put together an amazing, multi course menu that. highlighted local ingredients and he own specialty and aesthetic. It felt like a true fine dining experience which was amazing given the 5 adults eating also had 7 kids to manage. Cannot be more thankful for this and would recommend without reservation for anyone looking for a truly special experience!

Daniella was incredible. She offered to do a surprise menu for us and as a new mom with decision fatigue I thought that was so fun. My husband and I hired her for a special night in at our Airbnb while on vacation. Everything was absolutely perfect. The experience was amazing not only because of the food but because of the engagement and storytelling. Daniella was a pleasure to get to know and hear about her experience and food while serving us an incredible meal. Definitely a meal to remember!

Chef Daniella put together a lovely 10 course tapas menu for us that really took into account what we were looking for and our specific dietary needs. The presentation was lovely and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. There were several comments along the lines of “those were some of the best mushrooms I’ve ever tried”

We enjoyed the whole experience, very enjoyable and relaxing. Loved the explanation of the food and having the table set also.

Daniella was an absolute delight! The meal and the thought that went into it was fantastic. This was one of the best culinary experiences my boyfriend and I have ever had! Would totally do this again!

I loved leaving the menu in Chef Daniella's hands. She prepared a delicious creative meal that took into account our preferences. Her use of Mexican inspired ingredients was exactly what I hoped for. She explained each course in a thoughtful manner.

Chef Daniella was amazing. She provided an amazing meal with distinct flavors and a story of each. She was incredibly warm, polite and very engaging with my entire family. Her food tasted fantastic. I would seek her out to have her cook for me again. I could not recommend her more for any event someone is having. If you have a chance to taste her food or work with her you could not go wrong.

This was an amazing and personal experience. My wife and I had Danielle over at our airbnb for my wife’s birthday. She did and amazing job and made our night really special. We’ve had a lot of good food throughout the country and Danielle really sticks out. She made just about the most amazing steak we’ve ever had and her dessert was to die for.
