Persistency, success, service and quality of food have propelled me to achieve my goal to be one of the top chefs in Mexico - but that only provides a quantifiable figure. What can’t be measured is the passion, effort and enthusiasm that I bring to every hotel, resort and restaurant to improve the culinary scene in the surrounding areas. I am determined to provide an astounding experience for the clientele while paying close attention to the bottom line: a winning combination that is reinforced with every customer relations.

Over the past 17 years as a Chef, I have developed a solid repertoire of skills that enables me to seamlessly transition among diverse hotels, resorts, cruise ships and restaurants. I am proud of the professionalism and dedication I bring to the field and continually strive to excel service beyond industry best practices and standards.
