My motto is the dish is not done until the plate comes back empty

Been cooking since I can remember. It all started in my grandmas kitchen but 14 years ago I graduated from culinary school and have traveled the world cooking. Peru, Texas, Spain, Japan, Mexico ate some of the countries I cooked at including some of the top 50 restaurants in the world.

My food style varies but I really enjoy cooking family style and comfort food from the places I’ve lived in.
