I am a profesional Chef with more than 8 years experience working in the kitchen. I went to college in 2010 to 2014 in "Le Chef College" in Veracruz while working for a very famous and fancy catering company. After that I worked as a Restaurant Manager in a Japanese restaurant and after that I worked for 3 years as a cook for Princess Cruises, learning a lot about the kitchens all around the world. At the same time I had my own catering services, taking care of the set up and catering service as the Head Chef and Event Planner from 20 to 550 people in "Quinta La Querencia" in Veracruz. The past year I worked for national TV (Telever) with small videos of simple cooking recipes for housewives. And for 1 year I gave classes in two different Culinary Colleges. Currently I am working in San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur, as a private Chef for villas, doing catering and cooking classes.
